I went to have a screen replaced on a Samsung S7 and to his credit, he had a screen available and did it that afternoon. However, whilst he was finishing up, I saw that the screen flickered as he was putting elastic bands on it. He said to let the sealant set for 30 min. He saw it flicker but I didn't say anything as I thought he knows best. I went home, 30min later I take the elastic bands off and noticed when pressing in some spots the screen flickered and then it went blank and stopped working altogether. I went back the next day, he said the screen was faulty. He arranged a further screen and replaced that screen. Again I had to let the sealant set and when I got home, I take off the elastic bands and the screen works but not the haptic back button(which was working prior). I return the next day and he engaged in a argument, saying its not his fault and was outrightly being really rude saying things like 'People like you..'. He then also began to comment on me standing nearby whilst he was repairing the phone and I didn't trust him. Just really pointless unrelated argumentative comments. He then said he'll look at the screen but if it breaks, its not his fault. He then tried to take the screen off and it went blank and now the phone is back to square one without the screen working. He then half chucks the phone on the counter and says the screen broke and gave me a refund. As he was processing the refund he was speaking another language and would be apparent was either swearing or commenting about me. I asked him what he was saying but he didn't comment further.

Excellent and swift reasonably priced repair service kiosk.Got my years old S9+ battery replaced in no time and its now good as new.

I would give a no star rating. 1 star is only for the fact that my money was refunded. Do not go to this shop, the man does not care about fixing your phone or have any clues about genuine customer service. He was initially friendly when I asked for a replacement battery for my daughters iPhone .This turned to utter rudeness when after the battery was replaced it didn’t work and after trying to get him to change it back it was apparently all my fault as I should have know it wasn’t an iPhone battery.Maybe he should have said so in the first place and not wasted both our time and messed up my daughters phone as well.Avoid this shop and take your business elsewhere.

Quick and friendly service for replacement of a cracked phone screen. We had an older model phone so was glad we could still get it repaired.

My initial encounter with this business was great. He removed an old screen protector and applied a new one for me on the spot.Less than 3 weeks later I noticed something happening to the glue behind the glass. I went in to ask him what happened and if it could be replaced. He told me to come back the next day which I did. After he replaced it the following day he told me never to come back.I wouldn't need to come back if there wasn't an issue with the product.

The technician was very helpful although he was quite busy. He fixed a screen saver on the spot. Excellent phone repair experience, service and attitude.
