Closed all day Saturday & Sunday making it impossible for me me to collect parcels without taking time off work. This is common practice now with AusPost and costs us all money and time. Terrible practice. At least open for 2 or more hours Saturdays.

Excellent service from the two ladies working Friday arvo 19th Feb in reprinting my international shipping docket, with a blurred barcode. They also get more parcel collections than most other offices.

Amazing customer service. Staff was very helpful. They give me information about PO BOX and helped me open it in VIC. They could have easily said no. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend this place.

I was told they don't do passport service even though Australia Post website says they do. VERY RUDE too.
