We went through the process of choosing replacement jewellery ok, had some stuff ordered, which was fine. Told them 6 weeks ago we wanted to cash settle the balance... still no money! Our customer service person didn't know the process and told us the insurance company had to do it. WRONG. Phenix already had the money owing to us... nobody bothered to contact us for our bank details. Provided the details over 2 weeks ago, told the payment could go through yesterday. NOPE. Phenix, you have OUR money and you have no right to hold onto it!! Insurance company equally frustrated. Expect daily calls from me Phenix and don't expect them to be pleasant, my patience has run out now.

I highly recommend Phenix. The knowledge + service was fantastic! Even though I came in off the street without an appointment and took both ladies by complete surprise, I was still immediately welcomed in & made to feel right at home. Both staff were lovely, helpful without being pushy & really took their time to help me find just the right women's timepiece as a gift for someone special.And because I was made to feel like nothing I needed was was too hard, I'm now waiting on a quote for a custom piece of jewellery for myself from Phenix.From now on, I look forward to buying any jewellery & gifts I need from only Phenix.

Put in a claim through AAMI (who were fantastic). Chased them up because I hadn't heard from them. Apparently there was a glitch in the system which meant they had recieved my claim but couldnt acti9n it. Sent through the info they needed. Heard nothing for three weeks. Got told it was in process. Crickets for another couple of weeks. Turns out their supplier didn't work the metal required for the claim. Fixed that, heard nothing for a while, chased it up again and was given a date it would be at a valued and sent out to me. That date passed. Was given a new date. Still haven't recieved my replacement part.So in short, you have to chase them up, they won't acheieve the timings they set and

Marcia was so knowledgeable and caring when it came to choosing new rings to replace our lost/stolen ones. It was surprisingly emotionally and she took her time with us and supported us the whole way through. Thankyou Marcia and the team.

Honestly.... I never wanted to have to go through this company in the first place, but it was the requirement of our insurance company so I tried to make the best of the situation and keep an open mind.When we went to their show room we were very specific about wanting a WHITE gold ring and were assured that we could have any of the rings in the cabinet done in white gold.We made our selection and were given the form which listed rhodium plating" in the description
