Shape Up With Suzie

I love Suzie, she is the best. I arrived in Port Macquarie just over a year ago. Great way to make new friends whilst exercising. She always makes it fun. It is a good workout with lots of variety. She also organises special workouts for special occasions, our recent Olivia Newton John and The Queen workouts were the best. She also organises night out and other events.Can’t recommend her highly enough. Definitely the best decision I made coming to a new town

I have been training with Shape up with Suzie now for just over 10 weeks. I love that I can feel and see a difference In my overall physical health and training. I love how Suzie makes every session exciting and fun! I look forward to the challenges and the increasing difficulty of the challenges to continue to help improve my physical health and my mental health. I love the friendships I have made and making! Suzie is always there with her fun positive outlook rain hail or shine. It's a great work out and lots of motivation to keep going. You won't regret joining its fun and the people are great.

Classes are fun, inclusive and never the same! Child friendly exercise with lovely ladies and a great instructor :) I started with Suzie after having my baby and I am now the strongest I've ever felt
