Needed a ladder to clean out the gutters. Rang beforehand and spoke to Matt who was really helpful. Very clear about pricing. Drove to the store and had a great customer experience. The ladder was placed into my ute for me and I tied it down with rope. Next day I dropped off the ladder and was greeted by a red haired man sorry didn't get the name. He was really polite, patient and engaging as I untied the rope. He removed the ladder for me and completed my transaction. Thank you guys for being an approachable face to the business. Little ladies like me need to feel comfortable in these situations and you guys did that. Great service.

Hired a whipper snipper today,I forget the guys name working there but he was efficient and helpful gave us a quick rundown and gave us a jerrycan to top up was was easy pick up and drop off.

Awesome service - Thank you Matt. Very, very helpful. Pricing was good - even got a little refund, as I was back in less than an hour. Great products and kept in great condition. Asked Dylan? about other products and he was very helpful with info. Was well worth it. Will definitely use them again if I need to. Thanks guys.
