Worst customer service experience ever.. the staff is not friendly. Especially who worked on 10.May.2023 at 3:50pm~ 4:00pm in front of the entrance. I asked him about Ipad pro because I need to buy one. He doesn't know nothing about it. Even though I was asking questions about ipad and mac book he just left me alone and served other white person. Is it discrimination Or what?? If I can give 0 star. (Looks like he came from another country as well) Really disappointed..If he didn't know about the product then why he is working there?Whoever works at the front of shop needs to be friendly with smiley face because it is first impression of the shop or company.

I purchased what I believed to be a 1.8 m thunderbolt 4 lead upon opening the the box it was discovered that it was not 1.8m and ontop of it not male to female . Like I had asked . Upon returning was told no that isn't the lead treated like a liar . Total waste of time . To add I'm also out of pocket for the lead . Highly recommend not going to this store

I’d leave a 0 star review if I could. The worst customer service ever. So unsympathetic and no care at all. I came in asking about data recovery as I accidentally deleted the contents of my phone and the guy at the door had absolutely zero sympathy and just shrugged his shoulders and had such an attitude. I didn’t come in trying to blame them, I had admitted that I made a mistake and just simply needed help. He just kept shrugging his shoulders and rolling his eyes. Honestly so disappointing as I am in distraught, not very good with technology and just needed guidance. I’m saddened by the loss of precious memories and important data that I thought is lost forever, and he just kept emphasising “it’s YOUR mistake, YOU accidentally deleted it, we can’t help you” etc. making me feel worse. Didn’t even have any interest in asking how it happened whatsoever. Honestly have no words.

Very welcoming and proactive staffs. No much to say about the products as it is the same everywhere. But compare with the other Apple stores I have been to (City & Chatwood Chase), this Hornsby one makes customer feels more relaxed and easy. Not as stressed and hot headed as the other ones.

I'm not a user of Apple products, but they run a very slick operation. Lots of knowledgeable staff working at the time we visited. They were able to walk us through purchase, trade in and transfer of an old iPhone to a new iPhone with a minimum of fuss. In the past we have had an efficient replacement of a phone that broke with no issues.

Walked in to buy a Apple Watch, lady told me someone would be around soon to help me with a purchase. Shop was empty and still waited 20 minutes in the store, while several employees were standing around chatting.Left and went to JB Hi-Fi instead.

We went there yesterday and bought a new iPhone. The staffs were absolutely friendly and helpful. Peter, Chris & Alexa were really professional. Great service and very happy with them to set up my new phone. Highly recommended!

I recommend booking with the genius bar if you're experiencing hardware issues with your macbook. I had little optimism initially, but the staff members were nothing but helpful. It was free of charge and undertaken within a timely manner. I would of had no access to a laptop had it not gone well and so I'm very grateful for the service they provided.

I went to Apple on the weekend as I was having an issue with my phone. The staff were welcoming and did their best to try and resolve the problem. I ended up needing to visit the store three times over the weekend, and while the problem still wasn’t resolved at the end I appreciated their genuine efforts to assist. I am particularly grateful to Kamia for her helpful, friendly nature and honest advice.
