How about you answer the phone, that's what they're there for. Very annoying when you want to ask a simple question. 8am in the morning, I don't think you're flat chat with customers.Will shop elsewhere.

Love hate relationship with this place. It's my local Woolies and I love the convenience if I need to top up the pantry. I never do a big shop here, always drive to Revesby or Menai. Can't stand how cramped it feels, even worse when staff are stocking the shelves, there are trolleys with boxes of food,ect taking up space through the aisles and worse still at the end of each aisle. So nowhere to stop and look at the freezer section. It's gotten worse over the last few years.

They did not honour their pricing policy. I got charged more than what the ticket displayed and not even a word sorry coming out from the CS desk. Bought Apple gift cards on another day and same story, the lady didn`t even bother to ask for my reward card (I lost my 20x points). Ask the Asian produce guy which orange is the sweetest and rudely got answered I don`t know".Store so small

Nice little metro has most things unless you go to Revesby where they have everything Padstow metro are overpriced staff aren’t to bad when they don’t have to work
