Staff member Eugenia provided excellent customer service and exercised careful discretion in relation to a difficult customer scenario, better service than from many luxury goods boutiques etc. Manager can rest assured he can leave E in charge indefinitely. Five stars

Perplexing experience attempting to price match a game here. Needs to be a watertight policy detailing what can/cant be done.(Tbf a company thing)They won't price match a store literally a stones throw away yet Brimbank EB are a lot more understanding and flexible with their price matching.Don't understand the inconsistentcy, it's not like the employee serving you loses out or gains anything when a price match happens. Poor form which, when compared to EBs general prices, doesn't help fostering repeat business.Ended up getting JB HiFi in the same centre to price match!

Not one of my Favourite EB Stores, I think being in Sunshine they could do alot better, the potential is there.All in all, it does what an EB Games should do so can't complain too much.Staff have always been lovely and helpful.Still a staple for me when I'm nearby.

Been going here for over 15 years and the staff they hire have always been friendly and helpful.Most if not all have been knowledgeable and if they are stuck on finding something out, they will call someone or look it up.After all it is an ebgames, haven't met a rude staff in any eb store.
