Pro Ink indeed, very professional outfit. Great vibes, music, friendly artists & clean establishment. I had a touch-up done on two tattoos (different original artist) & they're looking as fresh as the day I first got them. I had a fun relaxing experience. Will definitely return again.

I have had tattoos done by both Adam and Kyra over the space of 6 years. They have always shown the utmost professionalism, communicated with me to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and given me the aftercare instructions required. As a repeat customer I cannot recommend them highly enough

Booked in for tattoo and the artist texted just hours before appointment to say that they were too sick, then has never given me a date to re book the appointment it’s now been a month since the original date and heard nothing since. Currently trying to find new company to have tattoo done

The most disappointing customer experience I have had for a long time. Visited the business and supplied the required images (fish image) and sizes etc. I then had to ring several times to get a return call to try to arrange an appointment. It seems that the two jobs required were not substantial enough (only $300 to $400) and the business was disinterested. After 3 weeks and getting the run around as well as being flicked from one artist to another, I am still waiting for a call to set an appointment. Have now gone elsewhere.

I was Ramonas 1st tatt there the boys were great so supportive,knowledgeable and professional not just with me but in there advice to Ramona also she is so lucky to work with and have 2 great mentors in you both

Just had my first tattoo at age 54,Kiera was great. I was nervous to begin with,but she was really good with me. Happy with the final outcome. Think I'll be going back in the near future

My partner and I had contacted pro ink about matching tattoo's we were happy to hear they would squeeze us in with what time we has left. It's now been 2 weeks after the tattoos and they arnt matching at all. We got finger prints done and the whole right side line work of my tattoo is unsteady. I went I to see if there was anyway to fix this one or if they could do another one that actually looked more like my partners. I was told by Adam a 30 year tattooist that he thought they looked good enough and couldn't see how the lines varied and said that's pretty much as good as it gets. There was no our apologies for having ruined your tattoo or offered a discounted cover up and get it redone. Even asked how much it would cost to just get it redone and was told a 30 year vet couldn't do it any better. As you can see the right side of my tattoo is shaky and the most identifiable marks in the print arnt represented on both tattoos

Went in to get a wedding band tattoo as wearing a ring doesn't really suit my line of work. They were excellent at what they did, friendly staff and took pride in their work. Would definitely recommend.
