Vetcall Q Supercentre

Avoid this dental surgery at this vetcall. My dog went in for a clean and came back with 3 teeth left. As they thought it was best to take most of them out. I guess it is easier to take a tooth out then to clean it, plus they make more money from it from me. Other vetcalls have good veterinarians. not this one. It took me 6 months to patch her mouth back up with other veterinarians fixing what should've never been done. Avoid.

Bob and the team have provided AAA service in the care of our Labrador. They are highly knowledgeable and have gone above and beyond in looking after our dog. Definitely the best vet on the Gold Coast.

Dr Bob, Is extremely knowledgeably, one of the best vets I have come across in 20 years, being city or farm veterinarian from my experiences, on point with what the symptoms are, quickly isolated with no mess around, time is critical with animals that are quite unwell. I hope Dr Bob is permeant Dr in the Q Centre Clinic. Very genuine approach and caring nature towards the animals. Additionally, the support nurses are always great and super friendly.

Wonderful staff and service! A special mention to Olivia for her amazing knowledge, and caring nature. This is the place to bring your loved pets. They will get the love and care they need.

Daughters dog went in to check out her tummy as it was a little large, and diagnosed with uterus issue which lead to surgery (around $3k) . All in all fit for her age, but has teeth that require removal. Pity it was not done during the surgery. Some weeks later now on a drip has lost 30% (down to 2.8kg now) of her body weight and very unwell due to her now not eating. I would advise anyone contemplating surgery for their pet to get a second opinion prior to going ahead as it is very costly, and may have not extended her life in fact quite the opposite. Very distraught are we all while still going through this. No complaints about staff friendliness etc. IV placed in her however had to be re-done by emergency vet the day after picking her up as it was totally blocked. Certainly no fluids went into her the afternoon it was inserted. Again most cost to get this fixed on top of another $1,000 JUST SPENT.. never did recover as kidneys totally failed in the e end.

Wow this vet Dr Amy is amazing. We have recently moved from another Vetcall and this one is the best. Worth the longer drive to get to. The vet and staff are very friendly and professional. Their knowledge is on the mark and would highly recommend.

100% the most kind, caring, skilled, friendly and passionate vets on the Gold Coast. From the moment you walk in the nurses are so welcoming and helpful, Dr Bob is such a talented vet and his calm and collected nature turned Auras BOAS surgery, which seemed super scary, into something easy and carefree. Auras breathing & quality of life has changed dramatically, I couldn’t be more greatful, and also to Liv who is so helpful and knowledgeable with offering nutrition, training and care advice to this first time dog owner!
