Ravi and the team have been fantastic in building our home. Even with the craziness that COVID has caused with wood prices and other things alike, Ravi from Fortune went over and beyond to help us stick to budget and get the build done on time.Wood prices did go up during the build, but Ravi helped figure out away to absorb costs to fit within our budget without harming quality or features. From what I hear from friends who are also building but with other builders, that's unheard of. Instead of being slapped with a large variations bill, they help guide us through it to make it all work and in budget.My wife and I have now moved in and the house is perfect with no defects whatsoever.If you're looking for a builder that's honest"

I started to build in difficult times that is covid, I got my handover. I have got very nice experience with the builder, there were ups and downs but that would be the case, what matters is how they deal with us (client), I am very thank ful to Nisarg who took care of us very well. Another person that I will thank will be Ravi Patel (owner of Fortune living) for always listening to us, Special mention of Mr Shivam and Mr Savan for the unmatched support. Still lot of things to be completed but I trust them and they will be completing it on time.

Highly recommend them.The best part is they're willing to listen to the potential owner's needs very well and fulfill the same effectively. Probably one of the very few builders in Adelaide who I'll say would give you a nice scope of customisations if you are thinking to make your dream house stand out from the others, without compromising the price factor.Would undoubtedly recommend them!

Fortune Living has built my dream house, from helping organising demolishing to design and build.From boss to supervisor and other staff,they are easy to reach and respond in a reasonable time frame.Especially the boss Ravi, he always replied text messages, emails and phone calls. He is easy to deal with and has a kind warm heart. I remember at the planning stage, I got financial problem due to unexpected reason. Ravi said no problems" when I told him. He is the only one among people I am not familiar with who made me being supported. I never forget this. They are other good staff too

One easiest builder to deal with in Adelaide even though fastest growing in South Australia.There 3rd house they built which was mine which is they finished in 4 months and it sold highest price as a single storey in klemzig.Definitely recommend to anyone.

Handover was in July 2022. I gave a list of the 3 month warranty period of defects to be rectified. I am still waiting on them to be done over 6 months later.My shower door hits into the toilet which was never discussed with the builder and is a very stupid design?Be very careful with the designs they give you, it is not practical.Even some of the cabinets hit into eachother! Design is very poor and workmanship is poor quality.I've been in the house for a few months and have noticed a number of defects in a short period.The build quality is quite poor compared to other builders.Be careful.

I thought that making new home is very crucial process and lengthy stages to council approval and everything . but with good communication and support. it is just done in very easy way. I didn't know when it been done. even all trades are good cooperative and helpfulthanks to all fortune team

This company has been building a house next door to us. It has almost been 2 years since the build started and they still have a long way to go. Over 4 months ago, they took down our side fence to work on their garage wall (the person doing the work said that the fence would only be down for a couple of days). After numerous complaints, the fence is still down and they have damaged a number of the panels. It should be noted that they still have not completed the garage wall. Also they have not installed guttering on the garage so when it rains, water pours into our yard. It has been extremely frustrating dealing with them.So after 4 weeks since my initial review above, one section of the fence has been installed (actually installed shortly after the initial review). Found out that the rest of the fence that they had taken down was damaged and thrown out by the builder. So waiting for them it replace it, as they are legally required to restore the fence to the original state. Still no guttering installed, so excess rain water is still pouring into our yard. The builder also stated that the boundary wall was my responsibility and that I am meant to be rendering their wall (total B.S.). There is no way that I will be paying to complete their build, as the boundary wall for their house is their responsibility.

We chose to build with Fortune because they were luxury builder and we fell in love with their designs. We spent $290000 on our build, 10A Colac Street, Greenacers SA. I have to commend Fortune for the speed of our build ( Site start in March 2020 and hand over in August 2020) and their quality of work is far from anything luxurious. We are greatly delighted with the service provided to us during the process of building our dream house. Our site supervisor Mr Shivam, Mr Dharam and I also thankful Kerol for giving me tips of selection all are amazing persons and I am also thankful to Hueys kichen and all tradies who gave excellent service during the process. I would highly recommend anyone who is going to build their new house build with Fortune Living.
