I purchased a coffee machine from Bretts Coffee Solutions through their website and throughout the sale experience I received frank advice and prompt service from Steven Brett. This is not unusual - many companies will work very hard during the sale process.Where this company stood out for me is when I had a difficulty with the machine. I have never had such unstinting support from another company - Steven went above and beyond in his efforts to help me get the problem resolved and my machine repaired, and remained prompt, polite and professional throughout, also showing business ethics which are beyond reproach. I would recommend this company to anyone - they stand head and shoulders above their competition. Thanks Steven.
