Got to be seen within an hour of calling amazing staff in such a busy clinic doing such an amazing job thank you all so much.

0 stars if I could! My 6 month puppy was administered the WRONG medication that was ONLY for dogs over 1 yrs old. After confronting them they apologised for the mistake, HOWEVER after checking her files they had also given it to her at 4 months old! How do you mess up twice and say it’s an accident.. we then had to come back for further tests to determine this medication hadn’t damaged any of her organs or worse!Would not recommend!!

They are all nice however I was charged $84.40 for one flea/tick chew online it is $44 and quoted $1,000 to have my little dog’s teeth cleaned ohh but that’s with a blood test!!

Took excellent care of both my fur babies.

Dr. Lauren Patrick was really good but there is another vet who they scheduled me with on 3 separate occasions and she turned me off the clinic, so now I go elsewhere with my two dogs. Basically, the first time I saw this other vet, I went in for a routine medication top up for my male dog and I mentioned to her he also seemed to have a sinus infection but she appeared too pressed for time to look at it, so she just brushed it off saying dogs get sinus infections like us. I tried to press the issue a bit further, but she really seemed disinterested to assess it. No surprise, I ended up having to come back and pay the consult fee again when this infection progressed (shortly after) to the point his nose was bleeding and he couldn't breathe through it. That's when I was booked with another doc (Dr. Lauren) who did a good job. However, in the future when I returned for my boy (for another matter) I was stuck with the other vet again. This time I had to visit the clinic because my boy ate a corn cob which is quite serious as it can be life threatening. Once again, this vet seemed very busy and definitely rushed me through my appointment. When I had many concerns and questions about the go forward plan, it was because I needed more clarity on some procedural things which I found confusing, and it was important for my husband and I to fully understand, as not only was this a very expensive visit but our decisions would increase the cost significantly and the health/safety aspect for our dog was at stake. My husband and I needed a moment to discuss options, and this is when the vet snapped at me. She was highly irritable, short with me, and even outright said she didn't have time for this and stormed out of the consult room. I felt quite offended considering I knew I would be leaving with a hefty bill regardless, I felt she should understand that I deserved a certain level of patience and empathy as well as acknowledgment that this was a stressful time for us, and we were really worried about our dog. I would not go back to her and not recommended her. This is why I left the clinic after having been with them for nearly 6 years. Additionally, while I understand it's not a requirement, I am also aware some clinics do happily provide xrays, this clinic would not allow me to take home any copy of the x-rays I had just paid for, which I would need to provide at an emergency clinic if my dogs condition changed outside of office hours. I was not sure which emergency clinic would be closest to us if we needed to rush in, as we were on the move staying with various friends and family at the time (due to asbestos removal at our house) which I explained to the clinic manager - that it would be most helpful to have the x-rays on hand in case of an emergency, but she refused to provide us with a copy. Her alternative solution of sending it to any random ER for me to chase up later seemed to add unwarranted stress to an already overwhelming situation. The only reason I am rating this clinic 2 stars is because Dr. Lauren somewhat saved my rating from being one/zero. This clinic also charges higher fees than some others which I only realised now after shopping around, so I would suggest to anyone the same - shop around first.

We have going here for years. Not anymore We have been very happy until today. My husband was made to feel awful putting one of our babies to sleep. Had him crying. She was in a lot of pain and suffering. Should have got pets in peace like we have in the past. Far more compassionate.

My fur baby was very sick, it was a difficult decision to have her put to sleep. The Vet, and all staff were incredibly professional and sensitive to what was a deeply emotional time. Thank you !

Handy location, not overly too busy, my fluffy boy is not scared to come here. Highly recommend.
