This is the best coaching college in the area! Most important thing: great rates and quality teaching by gifted, trained and experienced tutors. Other aspects like customer service and marketing are still being improved as this is a locally-operated franchise of North Shore. Completely understand the frustration of below reviewer; on the bright side, I have been told the company HQ is working hard to improve transparency and customer service in 2019.

Very very disappointed. Gave them a chance to save their reputation once but they continued their poor communication and customer service, it was truly wasted time and money, I would highly not recommend to anyone.

These people don’t respond to email enquiries. I tried last year to Kogarah office and Head office and after 1 month of repeat emails no one got back to me so I gave up. I decided to try again and sent an enquiry once again about 1 week ago and still no response. All I want to know are the fees, I can only assume they are extremely high!! I certainly won’t be trying again nor will I recommend to anyone.

Thank you North Shore College Kogarah for helping children understand their studies better and excel at school. They benefit from the teaching style and personal attention. Love it! They have stable long term teachers and free extra homework help time. Definitely will stay with them in the future. Strongly recommend.
