Absolutely fantastic customer service and quality of service. I was given the full five star treatment - after recieving a poor experience from ‘Men’s Biz’ in the Canberra Centre. They made sure to cut my hair just the way I like it and all with a friendly smile. What service! I highly recommend paying them a visit. Nothing beats good customer service and knowing they’ll look after you - in comparison to all these new Hair Dressers who have no sense of how to treat their customer with respect.

Best men's haircut in Canberra. All the staff here are courteous, talented and professional. I personally go to Tony as I was recommended by a work colleague a few years back. Tony's some sort of genius wizard with the razer blade and was trained in Italy to do a traditional razer cut. In addition they have some great hair and beard products, I believe some of which are their own line. I highly recommend trying out Martino's.

I'm a pensioner and was not informed of pricing until the end of my very quick trim. The entire time Tony continued to try and upsell me products that I continued to decline. By the time I left the chair he charged me $60. I'll never go back. The service and customer service is NOT worth their pricing.

These guys are my regulars now. Yes, they're not the cheapest around, but I have difficult hair and I've never found anyone who can cut better. They take time and care and understand the idiosyncrasies of different hair types. Great blokes too.

Great old fashioned barbers .. great smelling products and professional job. Tony was great however continually tried to upsell products. Did a great job on my beard however I'm a bald man and asked for a .5 buzz and he charged 40 dollars. That took literally 5 mins and beard (which took much longer) was 45 dollars.. total 85 bucks. Same job in Sydney would have been 40 50 max. Sorry Tony .. but 40 to buzz cut a head is not good. If it was more reasonably priced I may have bought some products. Hope you take the feedback on board.
