Stax Online

Scam online store. Do not use. Paid for a soundbar a month ago and still no response to countless emails and their “resolution centre.” Avoid at all costs.Currently seeking refund through PayPal. I am also reporting to Fair Trading.

Made a $500 order from this company on the Kogan website, wishing I did my research on Stax further but I trusted Kogan as I had had good experiences with Kogan before. The website stated item would ship within 3-7 business days and would notify if delayed within 1-2 business days. 3 weeks later had absolutely no correspondence from them and they would not return emails. Their phone line is non-functional and they do not respond on Messenger.Thankfully Kogan was extremely helpful and was able to process a refund for me with a quicker turnaround time than these guys can even send an email. All the negative reviews you read are absolutely correct, don't try your luck thinking you might be the one who just gets by. Save yourself weeks - months of not knowing what's going on and go anywhere but here.

I ordered washer/dryer, gas stove as well as a refrigerator from Stax - amazing service ! The folks worked with me to get me stock at short delivery notice, as well as offering a great deal !!

Ordered an appliance on 30-Nov-21 & paid through online transfer, since then no correspondence from them despite multiple follow up email, account still showing over due amount. There phone number never connects. Save yourself pain & read newest google reviews before ordering with them.

Very happy to be giving Stax Appliances a 5 star review. Firstly, I found the online order process to be easy and very user friendly and after shopping around I found that their price for the dishwasher I wanted was the cheapest around. I did however call the company before ordering to make sure that the item was in stock as I had read several reviews where people were told after placing their order that their item wasn’t available. The delivery was free and super quick. I ordered on Tuesday 31/03/2020 and it arrived the next day.

After another well known online appliance company let me down and was unable to fulfil my order I went to Stax Appliances. Not only are they Australian owned and operated their live chat was so helpful ,quick and polite. The Air Conditioner I wanted was in stock and dispatched the next day and I received it 3 days later (I live on the mid north coast). Excellent prices and first class service. I will always order my appliances from Stax Appliances from now on.

This is the worst company ever and you need to steer clear and do NOT do business with them. I would say that most of their good reviews are from employees and higher-ups posting them. This is the shadiest business I have come across in a long time and they need to go out of business. They do not care about their customers and they are so lazy and incompetent - they do not ship anything on time - it takes them 2-3 weeks until they even consider shipping what you order. You'll be lucky if you get your item shipped within a month. It is absolute horrible service like this that Australians should not put up with - they need to go out of business and I for one will tell everyone I know to stay away from them.

18 months ago I purchased a TV from this site which was then suddenly out of stock. A refund was promised, but was never received. I was told that once staff were back at the warehouse after Covid that it'd be processed. But that never happened, and they refuse to communicate. $1300 simply stolen.

If I had a choice to give this company minus stars I would rate them (-100)Scam alert people.They advertise so many things but never get them delivered!!!I have been waiting for my items for over 2 months now and have already paid for my items .They do not respond to emails or phone calls.Before buying anything of from any website please guys go and read their reviews.I was unlucky that I trusted this company

This is a scam website. The positive reviews are paid reviews pre written.I've lodged a refund for a $600 item through PayPal.The company is linked to another website that sells indian clothing. Wish I new that sooner.Honestly avoid this business.
