Good place for kids to play ,it has two swings, and round swing, big steel slide, and rope to climb and see saw. Plus A shed for Family and friends get together. Or just to rest. sand pit

Huge estate. Lots of parkland, parks and playgrounds for the kids.Well kept, clean and tidy public spaces. Easy access from Western Highway west or Grieg's Road to Werribee areas. A little confusing to have to go back towards Melton to go East on the Western Highway. Needs a cut through from Mt Cotteral road across the Western Highway for East bound and Mt Cotteral road access.

Horrible... Google maps went rogue, street names incorrect, took 20 minutes to find an address which should have been 5 minutes

Nice little suburb with reasonable prices for decent block sizes. Lots of future potential and growth possibilities. Prices will go up quickly once a single infrastructure event get started such school, town centre, train station and fly over on Western freeway connection.

nice and quiet, its a new estate it takes time to develop infrastructures, but now population has boomed hopefully services and road improvements will be done soon.

This area is ok and seems it could have great potential. I personally would not buy here as it shows the Council already neglected this new estate and has run down a bit. New Management within the Council and this area could be a fantastic place to live (Although this Council has a bad track record so not surprised of its lack of care)

Guys don’t buy or rent houses in thornhill park as its most costly and inconvenient loaction to stay in

Passed the estate with the train in the direction of Ballarat. Along the railway track and the edges, the estate is littered with Styrofoam. Big blocks and smaller ones, so much. Disgusting.It is hard to take pictures from the train so they don't look too good.Come on people, expect more from your contractors and real estate agents! Victoria is already littered bad enough as it is.

Bought a piece of land here recently and was looking forward to the build. Estate itself seemed lovely, however due to living in an area under stage 4 restriction at the moment, I was unable to visit my lot before settlement.I was assured that the lot would would be clean and ready for build only to be sourly disappointed. When the build team came, the site was overgrown and rubbish dumped everywhere.I tried to get in touch with the land manager of the estate with no reply from them for weeks. Meaning I have to pay out of pocket to get the site cleaned so it would be ready, otherwise risking a delay to construction.Rather disappointing that there has been no response from land managers regarding this at all.Be careful before you fork out the money.
