As a Support Coordinator for participants in the NDIS, I am always looking for high quality and great to deal with service providers. Ipswich Laundry Service has been consistently professional, efficient and effective in delivering clean laundry, even at times when it has been heavily soiled on collection by them. Thanks Guys!!

Special thanks to Tony and the team who assisted us in our recent outbreak. I found the experience fantastic from my end as it was picked up and delivered without much assistance from our busy staff at Hilltop. The laundry came back folded and sorted which made the laundry staff happy, who had to only sort and deliver. I merely had to place it outside in our tubes and the Ipswich Laundry staff refilled the empty clean linen trolleys and wheeled them all back to the door. Once again thank you Ipswich laundry for your great assistance in our overworked busy time. Would gladly use them again, however personally would rather not go back into outbreak mode. Tony and the team at Ipswich Laundry Service are excellent. We found them through our neighbour, we’re very glad we did. It’s seamless and so easy to use these guys for laundry and the quality is top notch. If you’re looking for ironing service, just use these guys, you’ll be glad you did!!

I flooded my home and used 57 towels to mop up the water. The flooding killed the washing machine and it was pouring with rain. Tony and his team were here within 2 hours to collect the tubs of soaked towels, returning them to my door the next day laundered and folded. They kept in touch and continued to complete the laundry until a new machine could be delivered. The entire cost was covered by my insurance, but the speed, efficiency and way that Ipswich Laundry Service helped in my time of need was greatly appreciated.

These guys go above and beyond- it’s hard being far away from your family, and not able to help especially when you have family members who have a household of sick kids. Their “soiled linen” laundry service was the perfect thing to help my family who was in the thick of it, offering a non contact pick up service of Doonas, linen and washing and delivering clean laundry to their door, no hassle so they could rest and recover.So impressed with the phone service and ease of organisation. Thanks guys- you all rock. :)

Ipswich Laundry Service, you’re amazing! Tony has been such a very nice man who did everything so quickly and very responsive to my request. I sent off an enquiry few minutes and I received a call right away and did everything for me and now very happy client. ILS jumped in very quick after our service had let us down. The quality and response was always perfect. Sadly we move away now from ILS service because the whole setup of uniforms incl. laundry has been changed.
