Dale has been cutting my hair all over Melbourne for the last 10 years and has now gone out on his own by opening Capital. There is a reason I don’t let anyone else do my cuts, Dale is simply the best there is.Do your head a favour!

As a long-time customer of both Dale and Pace since 2015, across three barbershops, I cannot speak highly enough of their commitment to old school barbering. 20+ years experience between them, timely, precise, creative and always on point. Most of all, two of the friendliest and super chill blokes who care about their customer beyond the 30 minute trim. Give Capital Barbering a go - you won’t regret it!

I've followed Dale across a few different shops for the past 10 years now which should speak volumes about his skills as a barber, a proper professional and an absolute legend of a guy. His new shop is awesome, traditional vibe with his own personal twist. Great inner city location as well - highly recommend!

I'm a little torn writing this review. If I give an honest review everyone will know how good it is. Capital Barbering will get even busier, and it'll be harder to make a booking.Like a few other people writing reviews here, I've followed the owner Dale around town to various shops throughout his career. He is booked out a week or more in advance. There's a reason for it.Dale will remember a conversation we had a decade ago. I can sit down, and ask for the usual".Capital Barbering is honest customer service from people that care.We live in a disposable world. Places like Capital Barbering are worth holding onto."

Two of Melbourne’s best barbers - Dale and Pace - in the one place! Dale does probably the best classic cuts in Melbourne, and pace does great at this too as well as a more modern style. Have had my hair cut by both of them and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
