I like the shop but don't like the attitude of staff in the deli section...particularly on a Sunday morning. 2 weeks in a row I have been ignored while waiting to request items. 2 people are slicing meats & no one serving. They don't even have the courtesy to acknowledge me while I'm waiting. Customer service needs improving.

Never have any issues with the staff and always helpful when asking if they have any products that are cleared from the shelves they don't hesitate to go find out if they have any, there products are usually pretty good only reason 4 stars is a few times I got meat from here it has gristle in the sausages so that turned me quiet off getting them here.

Nice clean store but most of the shelve were empty, very hard to find my normal groceries. Having to go to a more expensive brand.Staff can't be bother to help.After the 3rd aisle and not being able to find what I needed. I left the trolley and walked out .Went to Coles at Hollywood and had better luck there.Very annoyed and disappointed.

Most the Staff at this store are incredibly rude. Especially the women who work at the service counter. I have shopped here multiple times. I dislike coming to this store and I avoid it as much as possible. Two other coles in the area are much better like Hollywood or paralowie

I like shopping at this Cole. They have a lot of stuff to choose from and the aisles were nice and full. The staff were friendly and helped me out when I needed it. The parking lot is a bit of a hassle but it's not terrible. I liked the Click & Collect option, it was quick and easy and I always found a spot to park to pick up my grocery bags.
