Curves
Curves Ferntree Gully is a great way to exercise and get fit. Lovely bunch of ladies; coaches and patrons alike!. Always time for a chat or just workout hard. And you can join in the circuit whenever it suits you, no timetables or overfilled classes. And there is always a coach there to motivate and help you reach your goal. Highly recommend you try it out if your not already doing Curves!

After many years as a member of Curves, I highly recommend this club with awesome trainers and lovely members! Workouts are always a lot of fun as well as being an excellent way to get fit and tone up. 30 minutes is not difficult to manage and with all the supportive staff, it is a perfect option for anyone considering joining a gym.
