Have unfortunately had to have a range of different types of scans recently and have found SCR to be helpful and professional from the time of booking until the end of the scans. Their app is really helpful to have as a personal record.I wish other areas of the health system, like pathology, had a similar system where a client can access their reports without all the hassles. They seem to forget......the results are mine, not the referring doctors or some invisible place in the health system.

I had to take my 96 year old Mum to have X-rays on both of her shoulders and then she had to have them needled with cortisone. Amazing staff and Doctor were very kind with her and she was really comfortable with everything they did to help her. I would recommend them to anyone.

Go elsewhere for your pregnancy scans.I had my 19 week morphology scan done here and it took 15 minutes (usually should be 40-45 minutes). The sonographer breezed over the scan and I was not confident that she looked at everything fully when I left compared to previous morphology scans I’ve had. The sonographer also explained very little of what she was scanning. I had a 2 second look at bubs face side view and of her hand and feet so left feeling disappointed and $150 out of pocket after the Medicare rebate.

Very efficient, always seems to be running on time. While scans are being done they are very thorough amd informative. Love that the images come straight to my phone within 24 hours.

I do not recommend this place to have your pregnancy scans at. Your always attended on time and everyone is helpful and the app works reasonable alright however while having the scan done you don't get much information about and no good images. I have three scans done in this place in tweed and none of them I have good images..It was finished around 15min and the price for it is around $240 I do not think is worthy. I would recommend to find another place,sorry.

Genuine care and empathy, I had been cannulated frequently over the last couple of months, with difficultly. I advised of my issues, and they took due care and was practically painless. Very tall gentleman (in every sense of the word), I wish i could remember his name and he could be rewarded for his kindness to a stranger.

The reception staff were very pleasant and informative. The radiologist we saw was extremely thorough & patient with my 94 year old mother explaining everything she was doing so my Mum understood.

I found the older woman on the front desk rude and unhelpful . The woman that did my ultrasound lacked empathy and gentleness. I suffer from chronic pain about to have major surgery.
