Direct Freight Express

Expected date of delivery not adhered to, no one answers phone calls, no client service,no updates on delays. The parcel got from Melbourne to Gladstone in Less Time it is taking to be delivered 25 km from the local depot. Needless to say still haven't received any delivery scheduled for a week ago and no one to assist with any enquiries. Would not use the company.

Absolutely hopeless. There is no way you can contact them. Direct (to good knows where) Freight (what freight) Express (can I have a scone with that). I get a better response from my dead father inlaw.

Friendly employees and fast shipping, however their missed delivery card contains no address of their warehouse, no phone number, no pick up times and no opening days or hours. Once I peeled back the sticker covering their company name, I managed to locate them on google which also contains no opening hours or pick up times. Thanks to a previous review made by another, I made it just in time to pick up my goods before the weekend. 6:00 am to 8:30am is a really inconvenient time frame for a company that believes in outstanding and innovative customer service as core values. If you are given the option, I would suggest using Star Track, Couriers Please or Australia Post in the Rockhampton region, as they provide information on where and when to collect your goods or who to contact, as well as decent buisness opening hours for pick up.

Lost my first package, can't tell me where the replacement one is because they handed it to another company. Tracking number shows it arrived in Bundaberg over a week ago, no further info about where it is now or when it will arrive

We were left a sorry we missed you" card at 5.17 pm. Our workshop closes at 5 so we weren't there till the next morning at 8 am. We then find a card that tells us we missed the parcel that we have been waiting for for 3 weeks. There is no address on the card

0 Stars for this incompetent business. 3 Times in a row they have either not delivered my parcel, lost my parcel or sent it 13 hours in the other direction. Once I would understand, yes maybe a mistake but 3 times!!

Worst courier company I've ever had to deal with. For starters they lost my packages, a week later they found my packages only to then have the courier driver refuse to deliver my packages to my property.What kind of courier company doesn't deliver the product they have been paid to deliver.Poor communication and care factor zero. Poor customer service. In the end I had to travel to go and pick up my packages from the freight depot.Not good enough. Definitely DON'T RECOMMEND this company.If I could give them a negative star rating I would of.

Expected date not adhered to. Makes you pick up the parcel yourself which defeats the point of having a delivery service. Puts extra time, cost and inconvenience onto the customer. Cannot give accurate time to pickup the parcel. I highly recommend using any other postal service as this would be the worst.

After item was a few weeks over due for delivery and multiple phone calls and emails with no reply attempting to find out location and rough eta finally managed to track down having to go and collect myself and having vehicle damaged by company loading item was overall horrendous company to deal with
