Got some of the most unprofessional and rudest agents called Mary Zou who meant to be a replacement for my original agent who’s on leave. As a result, I was kicked out from my apartment leaving one month to move, without even knowing why.Few examples I encountered:1. Not replying to my original agent’s email for a week until I call.2. Massive miscommunication. She didn’t let me know the owner’s request - they want to increase rent and may want to extend the contract longer. I was completely not aware of this. Also failed to communicate through my request that I’m willing to consider longer contract even though my original proposal is short. I ended up knowing all of this from a third party.4. Ignore my request of asking for reasons. I was really confused why I was kicked out but she won’t even let me know the reason. I insisted that if she could ask the owner and see if there is any miscommunication. She ignored my message and when I called her she was being really rude - “You know I have hundred of cases I can’t do it for you now!! I’m busy!!” After I insisted, she finally agreed to ask the owner “How about I ask the owner TODAY!! Ok!!” Can’t remember the exact wording she answered in a super aggressive tone. It was if its not her responsibility and I was bothering her. And DAYS later she still didn’t get back to me. Why made such an empty promise if she can’t do it. What a lier.Never have I ever encountered such an unprofessional agent. This is pathetic she called herself an agent. Anyone would do a better job than her as she clearly has no respect for her client at all.Now I have to empty my room in a month selling all my stuff while not even able to know why. How shameful it is. This Mary totally worsened the already biased opinions many people have on property agents. I’ve met many amazing agents in Belle property including my original agent, but she simply represents exactly those agents that tenants are so afraid to encounter.

I had a fairly bad experience with this real estate agency. I rented the property at 16 St James road Bondi Junction and shortly after moving in discovered the place had serious mould problems. It was freshly painted inside just before we started the lease so possibly the owner/real estate was covering up the known issues. I complained to the real estate several times as our belongings were getting mouldy and I was experiencing some health issues and they didn't address it themselves but just put me in touch with the owner of the property. The owner was rude, condescending and insisted the place had no mould issues. The property needs serious repairs as water leaks into the walls and ceiling. The real estate should take some responsibility for these issues themselves

My property agent very clearly goes out of her way to make communication as difficult as possible. Really strange and frustrating.

Appallingly dishonest agency. Scammed us huge amounts for something that’s not caused by us when vacating a unit. Stay away from them. Don’t rent anything from them.

Nuri sold my partner and I our first home! Nuri was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful during the process and I would definitely recommend him as an agent!

Absolutely disgusted in the way this real estate agent has treated my husband who had to deal not only with his friends who was the tennant's death but had to deal with the incompet realestate agent who had zero compassion for the situation and treated my husband with disdain when he needed their help. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I leased a property for several years with Belle property Potts point (formerly Laing and simmons Potts point ) and my property agent Dianne Touma was such a professional . Always friendly , always responsive to any issue that arose with the property and such a pleasure to deal with throughout my tenancy .

Outstanding rent reduced more than 50% by tribunal. Clearly dishonest conduct and distressing that they would take advantage of me when finalising a deceased estate.
