Got a wormout gel for bird, didn’t aware the expired date was less then 5 months time. Call them back but they refuse to refund but told me to continue using after expired. They said the medicine will not goes off and just have to increase the dose for intake. Will not go there again as they are selling nearly expired medicince, not responsible seller.

Rude staff, wasn’t interested in even saying “hello” or talking when answering the phone..I said “how are you” all I got back was “good.” Answered my question with a “no, goodbye”…then hung up. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

We bought a tame Lorikeet bird from here and we have no regrets in buying her. She's still settling in but she's very friendly and loves to be pat on her head, excellently raised bird — I have always loved coming into this store and I will definitely continue coming in.We came here after a bad experience with another pet store and I was very very happy with the service here. Their selection of birds are healthy and well looked after, and the place was so clean too. The lovely lady working was very welcoming and assisted us in buying the bird, she deserves a raise for her good service and positive attitude!!

These guys have one of the most reasonable prices and a decently wide range of pet produce. Located near Girraween HS, plenty of on site parking and they also provide those IKEA style trolleys for heavier items.

Natasha is fantasticShe really knows her stuff! Whenever I have questions or concerns she’s able to give fantastic advice. Was buying from pet barn and a few other bird places but have since started buying only from here and it was worth every cent. Great friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable staff and always great prices!

The staff are so great and knowledgeable about everything. Big selection if birds, fish and other animals. The staff here truly make the experience amazing. Well worth the trip out.
