Domino's Pizza East Dubbo
An absolute joke. Waited 30mins passed the delivery time then rung the store to be told to wait another 20mins. Asked for a refund to be told i have to wait 5 - 7 days for a refund. I usally use Erskine Street but didnt have the choice due to delivery. Ever since they open they have been useless from the beginning. Save yourself the hassle and got to pizza hut or Dominos in Erskine Street.

Ordered online today your contactless service reeks!! Made it for 5pm. Was ready beforehand. Get there and wait at the front door as instructed by signage for quite some time with a young teen girl coming in and out constantly. Waited patiently. Not once did anyone bother to look out the front or come outside given that the monitor near the door stated two orders were ready! Even had the delivery guy walk right past me while I stood there waiting for decent service! One guy was just walking around behind the counter doing heaven knows what given the hour! I ended up yelling to them that I’d been waiting outside patiently for some time!!! Last time ever I will order the ‘contactless’ pickup. Would have been quicker to make it at home!! No thanks. Never again!

fairly busy place, but the pizza is always fresh. i do think they need to rethink the store layout as the door is often blocked and it makes it hard to get in and out especially caring boxes and there is flies coming in and out. Also is stinking hot in there, they need air con

Staff were so friendly and kind. It looked like there was only 2 staff working and they were absolutely smashing it. They looked flat out but didn't seem stressed or overwhelmed. They were doing an amazing job! Food was AMAZING! We were just traveling through town but last minute decided on pizza and so glad we did cause the food was delicious! I would highly recommend. Just put on more staff so the poor buggers don't have to work flat out lol

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I ordered pizzas from dominos and requested them not to make any mistake this time. I ordered 2 time from dominos and they delivered the wrong order. So this was the third time and I requested them on the phone that we have guests at our home and you delivered wrong pizzas last time so please do not make any mistake this time and the person on the phone was Zane. Zane said I will make it myself and do not worry. I was relaxed but they again delivered the wrong order and it was third time. So I called back to complain and they were so rude with us Zane said I don't want to talk and thank you. So I decided to go to dominos so i can see them face to face. I went there with my housemates and guests. I was complaining about their pizza and Zane said just get out of here. I was shocked when I heard that. We argued a little and Zane took the money and literally threw that money on the counter and said take your money and get out of here. It wasn't our mistake and this was the dominos staff's reaction. I didn't take the money and said I will contact the headquarters and I didn't hear anything from the dominos headquarters. Worst customer service and pizza i have ever seen. Will not recommend any of my friend to visit dominos. I was a regular customer but after today me and my any friend is not going to any dominos ever.

Took nearly 30mins to order 3 pizzas and some sides. Nearly 10mins to cut and box our finally cooked pizzas..... go to the dominos on the other side of dubbo. Probably might be worth the extra drive

After a shaky start it has improved a lot last few months. Sadly I had a bad one the other week, told them so, offered photo's to show the lack of of extras I had ordered not being on the pizza, but had not so much as an apology. They have been giving heavy discounts lately; I wondered how long they could keep it up - hope they don't go back to the way they were summer of last year, I stopped ordering then. I can make pizza in 20 minutes, dough and all (there are secrets to fast perfect dough), but order it when time and exhaustion means pick up a phone". I'll have something else if they do. But really

Ordered 2 pizzas, one with extra mushrooms. Got about 4 mushroom slices on the whole pizza. And another pizza without hollandaise sauce. Hollandaise sauce all over it. The Pepsi was good though.

Food was prepped fast but one staff member was doing the rostering where people order and was way too vocal, she could have moved closer to the person she was talking to and done the rostering out of customers earshot
