I placed an order just under a month ago. I emailed several times and phoned several times to see where my order was and when I can expect to receive it. No response to my emails and my phone calls went unanswered. Not happy at all!!! Out of pocket and my order not fulfilled!!

Ordered on the 7th of June express delivery, still haven't received an email saying my order is on its way - express delivery cost wasted (extra $16). ETA provided before payment was 2-3 business days for express. I've emailed twice to see why there is such substantial delays and no reply. At least reply to an email and I might be more understanding. Appalling service.
