The guys at Giant Noosa were very patient and helpful. I'm short, so I tried out three bikes to make sure I made the right purchase. They even made sure the battery was fully charged so I could take my new E bike for a ride as soon as it was delivered. I'm totally thrilled with my bike. I can definitely recommend Giant Noosa for their wonderful service. It's also great to buy local. Thanks guys :)

I bought an e-mountain bike from Giant Noosa. Great service, Leon took me through and explained how everything worked and did a comprehensive setup for my height and weight. Loving the bike, especially through forest tracks on the Sunny Coast, that electric boost makes even the up hills fun! My wife’s bike was purchased elsewhere and had a problem with the control unit. The team at Giant Noosa had it diagnosed and repaired under warranty quickly and courteously. We’ll be taking both our bikes there for future servicing.

When delivered we received another run through to ensure we made the most of our new bikes. Wonderful sales experience with great service and repairs as needed. No need to go anywhere else!
