I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Cadillacs. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was soothing and relaxing and the staff were fast and friendly. I'm only in Exmouth for 3 days but will more than likely visit Cadillacs again before I leave.

For actual country music fans it’s a dull experience unfortunately. We travelled to Exmouth last yr and sadly it was closed due to lack of staff due to covid so we were excited to visit again this year. No music requests, no juke box and when you try chatting to staff or asking questions you get eye rolls and snarky remarks. If you don’t enjoy customer service maybe try a new job? Has so much potential but sadly the staff we met made us uncomfortable and we left before the kitchen opened and missed out on trying the food.

Cadillacs bar & grill for the win...Every meal was so bloody good. Four of us went out for dinner there and we order the rib eye which was cooked to perfection pretty much melt in ur mouth and the ribs that were excellent also the American smash burger that was the best flavoured beef patties I have had in aBurger. If your in Exmouth definitely go here you will won’t be disappointed

Not sure what this is supposed to be.It’s basically an expensive Aussie pub, ($45 for a lamb rack) with a thirsty camel bottle-o on the side… with a themed nod to Nashville.A bit cheesy and cringey and not very well done at all IMO.No cocktails in a Nashville/American themed pub? Pick up your own food order - in an American themed diner without table service? No dogs allowed outside. Smoking allowed in the car park.Not great, sorry! Don’t think these guys have ever been to the States :(

Very nice space, very relaxed, food was OK the Parmi was not the best but ok. Little thin and stock standard.Oh and the chips were a bit over cooked. But nice evening.

Great photos on the walls. Love the Country songs. We only popped in for a few relaxing drinks. Menu looked great. Also has an 8 ball table.
