Caravaning grey nomads on the move from interstate. Decided to replace tow vehicle with a new BT50. Trade-in not brilliant but bottom line deal was good.. handover as expected. Arranged some non Mazda work prior to first registration.Hiccup with contractor resulted in tyre issues. Raised my concerns directly with Maloufas I had moved on and not in Mt Isa area. Without hesitation both Malouf and contractors rose to the occaision. No attempt to deflect blame or responsibility.There is much truth in the saying anyone can sell a product but it is what happens after the sale that leaves the greatest impact."Well

A friendly lovely service that you wouldn’t have from anywhere else. I dropped my car off and after that they was offered me to drop me off when my car was finished they even drop my car off for me the next day they come to pick up my car and drop off again. All the information that I asked was answer clearly they been honest to the customer and also my car come back with looks nice and clean. Thank you for Mazda Mount Isa team. I can’t change my mind to anywhere else . They deserve more than five stars.
