My own experience as a coach there, the coaches have lack of experience and skills to offer, the management is very poor, I had experience a discrimination against my language, as I start working at GSSA immediately afterI arrived to Australia, I brought new exercises on board, they filmed and used them on board without getting any compensation.If I was aware of my right back there like how I do now I would have reported, and complained to work affairs to get my right, as working there has bad impact on me and it still traumatize me from time to time until now.
