Fantastic experience with the two who came to my house. Cleaned the systems beautifully and double checked with me that the anti mould agent wouldn't be problematic for me. Also put up with my very curious puppy, will be booking again next year.

JOHN CARRIED OUT THE WORK EFFICIENTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. VERY METICULOUS REGARDING LEAVING ANY MESS DURING WORK. MONEY (VERY REASONABLE) WELL SPENT AS THE INCREASE IN HEAT OUTPUT WAS IMMEDIATELY APPARENT.THE MAINT. INCLUDED THE EXTERNAL COMPONENT AS WELL. ALTHOUGH I VACUUMED MY FILTERS REGULARLY ,JOHN'S EXPERTISE AND GEAR ALLOWS THOROUGH CLEANING OF INTERNAL COMPONENTS .I WAS SURPRISED AT THE 'GUNK' REMOVED WHICH NOT ONLY MEANS BETTER SAFETY OF OPERATION (MITSUBISHI SPLIT UNIT)BUT A MORE ECONOMICAL RESULT.

We just had our a/c unit cleaned by John & Penny from sanitair. Highly recommend this business. As I have respiratory /allergy issues I was initially concerned about the chemical products used. Yvonne was so helpful when I called to ask questions & followed up to check when I gave her details about previous chemical sensitivities. A huge thanks to the team at Sanitair Devonport.

Absolutely amazing service, from booking (wonderful receptionist) through to the clean. They went out of their way to organise an immediate clean for me due to my sons asthma. I noticed an immediate difference - the air smells clean and the fan is incredible.They cleaned while I was out and knew I was back soon so put the heater on low so it was warm when we returned.I am a customer for life

I could not be happier. So fast, professional and great price! Our heat pump is giving us so much warmth on 17 Celsius. So very grateful to John Crabtree and his associate!
