Hush Energy did an excellent job from the initial consultation, installation and after sales support. Their depth of knowledge on their chosen range and the wider solar market is second to none as they worked with me to fully understand the options available. Every team member I worked with from sales, administration and installation teams where very personable, helpful and accommodating. Since our installation almost a year ago we have had no issues and we haven't paid an energy bill since, in fact we're now making a profit! Thanks Hush Energy team!

Doug Dicker and Hush Energy have provided an excellent product and exceptional service. We recommend them to anyone thinking about getting a solar system. Based on the amount we have saved on electricity costs since installation in October 2020 the system will have paid for itself within 3/4 years.

We installed a Hush Energy Solar system at our property in November 2021. Doug the salesman was great to deal with designing a system which would work in our situation. We installed a 9.9kw system using Canadian solar panels and a Solar Edge 3 phase inverter.On a good sunny day (although we haven't had a lot of full sunny days this summer) it will produce up to 70kwh in a day.Once the contract was signed the system was installed within a few weeks and has been working faultlessly ever since. I would recommend getting a quote from Hush Energy if you are in the market for a solar system.

Mixed review from my perspective.Doug was excellent in his communications and answered all follow up questions in a thorougher and timely manner.The lead installation technician was highly professional and did a great jobThe system has been in place now for nearly a year and is working well.The disappointing aspect for me was a roof leak that damaged a section of ceiling plaster during a heavy rain event. Hush acknowledged that they were at fault which was good, however the follow up communications from their works manager was terrible, many emails regarding the repairs weren't acknowledged let alone replied to. It says a lot about a company or individual on how they conduct themselves in adverse situations and in this case I feel they wouldn't have done anything had I not pushed hard to get the repairs done.Months later the repairs were completed by top quality tradesmen that did a fantastic job.I would recommend Hush Solar for your new system all things going well, but caution that any installation issues requiring re-work may be a hard slog to achieve resolution.26 Oct 2022 update.My 12 month solar contract with AGL is about to expire and they have advised my solar feed in tariff rate will drop from 12 cents to 5 cents a kw/hr. Just keep this in mind when considering the financial viability of a solar installation. 12 cents a kw/ hr is not a valid figure when considering the installation payback time. Use 5 cents/kWh as the basis of your financial viability calculation.

A positive experience from the salesman, the office girls to the installer. All very professional and informative with great communication. We love our solar system and the benefits are instantly noticeable.Highly recommend these guys for a professional, hassle free experience.

I'm glad I had Hush install my Enphase System 9.65kW. Quality workmanship. Very pleased.Cover most of my roof area which is small, including garage against Hushes recommendation but glad I did. Summer 60kW winter 35-40kW approx on sunny days.

As we were concerned about shading from a close house we were very interested in the Hush Energy system as the panels are individually wired not on a single string. Simply meaning if one is out the rest still work to max. Spoke to Doug who was very professional and decided to go ahead with an 8 kw system. Just a bit dearer than a normal string version but as its a long term investment gave it a go. Very happy with the service and the install was great. As for performance, our last summer bill before solar was $1100 (yes we love our ducted A/C) Bill for same period following year - $360 ! Saved over $2600 in first year and we still use our A/c all the time. Elecricity bills are now the least of my concerns. Want solar - give this system a look.

I cannot speak too highly of the service we received from Hush Energy with the recent installation of solar panels on our building premises in Beaduesert. From start to finish; from the initial site visit, to quoting, logistics and installation. Every team member we dealt with was efficient, courteous and helpful. The interruption to our business operation was minimal. I have no hesitation in recommending Hush Energy.

Originally I saw Hush Energy install a new system on my brother's house and when it was time to upgrade our system I was more than happy to use their services as my brother has been happy with his system. I also did shop around. The system install went very well and we had great communication with everyone involved especially Danielle the operations manager and Doug in Sales and the experienced team of installers. The system is working very well even with all the rain and cloudy days we have had since it was installed. The Solar Edge app is great and really shows what appliances are big energy users. Overall a very pain free experience.

Following hail damage to our existing 3.5kw system, we opted to take the payout & upgrade. After reading good reviews, I called Hush and spoke with Doug. He came out the same afternoon to quote, and we had his price by Close of business. We were very happy with the price and service to date so went ahead. As expected, there was a 6 week lead time but true to word, installation took place on time. The installation team was great - on time & efficient. We love the app that allows us to monitor the 6.5kw system & adjust our power usage to maximize savings. All up 10/10 for great service & great product. Highly recommended.
