I am regular customer but I don’t like the misleading prices. Today I wanted to buy fabric squares, they were advertised as 10 for $20. The single price was not specified. I grabbed three (and I would assume that many people wouldn’t grab 10) and was shocked to hear at the register that the single price is $7.50 Of course I didn’t buy them but if I had bought more items I may not have noticed. Is it your intention to trick customers? It is absolutely not reasonable to assume that the single price for such a small fabric square is so ridiculously high.

Good discount prices on quality roller blinds with outstanding service on the sales floor by a very knowledgeable staff member.The checkout on the other hand was a different story.These staff members are very relaxed , working at a very leisurely pace and no one or nothing will hurry them along.

Today my husband and I went to collect some fabric for a weekend project. Sophie stopped to serve me. I was so fortunate to have her look after me today. She gave outstanding service, went way over and beyond. It's been a long time since I have been served so well. Thank you Sophie xx

Prices seemed a bit hiked up given the same product at different retailers.Staff were friendly when they interacted otherwise they ran away when you tried to get their assistance.

Great selection of products for the home and for arts and crafts people like my girlfriend. She always seems to find what she is after at Spotlight. The staff knowledgeable about the products on offer and very helpful. There is plenty of parking out the front of the store.

A very large space full of fabrics, craft, homeware and even a party section. Everything you need for all rooms in the home. From the kitchen, to dining, living and bedrooms, you'll find it there. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are good and there are always specials to be had. To take advantage of them on the more pricey items make sure you've got a Spotlight VIP Club card. There's heaps of parking.
