Don’t go to this place to wash your clothes. I should have read the reviews before going there… most of the machines aren’t working. I paid $8 to wash my clothes, but the washing machine refused to say I paid at least $5 to start the program. No one there to help you out, no one answering the phone as well. Bad customer service.

This place needs a lot of work. Half of the machines and dryers were out of order. Soap/softener dispenser out of order. Coin machine out of order. Basically pointless going here, they should shut it down

# NegativeCaptain Cook Cleaning ServicesVery unprofessional. Poor cleaning standards.Staff were offended when I wanted to inspect the apartment after they cleaned. Lucky i did as I found numerous dusty surfaces and spider webs on walls and ceilings.Staff called me and abused me for not paying only a day after invoice. I didn't get a receipt.I can not recommend their services as they are rude, unprofessional and expensive for the quality of service.

Used two washing machines initially that looked grubby around the top of the rims. First one was still full of water with the soap powder on top of the clothes when supposedly finished so put the clothes in another machine and paid for another cycle. The second machine no better as the clothes weren’t spun out and dripping with water so put them into a dryer to try and remove some of the water. After three cycles in the dryer( 21 minutes ) we bought the whole lot home and will take them to another laundromat tomorrow to be washed and dried again as the clothes weren’t clean. The experience cost us over $20 so we won’t be going back.
