What a wonderful centre. The staff are amazing and the place is just beautiful. Loved reading their philosophy and from what I could tell, they really follow through.

Management is shocking! They don’t care about your children just the money, giving parents less then a days notice for when my child’s teacher leaves. Very unprofessional. My child has gone backwards. There is different staff every day. Group leader the turtles room don’t talk to me about my child or makes an effort.

Highly recommend to send your children!There are so many reasons why I recommend this centre, such as great education(my 2yo son's been learning so much especially social communication skills and manner), filled with positive energy, friendly and caring educators with big passion towards their job, clean rooms and equipments, but the biggest reason is I feel this is the safe place to send our precious kids.Everytime when I'm at the centre, what I see is the educators and carers literary care children and they give a shoot their work, which makes me feel they are trustable.I was going to send my younger son when he turns to 1 yo but changed my mind, and started when he was 9mo because of these so many reasons!I appreciate their hard work! Thank you!

Highly recommend this childcare/kindy. It's really clean beautiful. Staff are super friendly and helpful. My child loves it there.

I wouldn't highly recommend it here, my daughters necklace was sent home with me broken and the company really didn't care, I'm forever having her stuff not packed in her bag and the management just responded its not upto staff to pack her bag when she goes home.My daughter was sick for 3 weeks with an ear infection and there was a time i picked her up in a singlet, even tho they knew this. I cant say this childcare has been my favourite experience!

This centre is amazing. Brand new, purpose built and I LOVE the fact they have an on-site chef. Highly recommend!

Sanctuary Early Learning Ashmore has amazing staff and educators with such beautiful hearts and a caring mindset. Over 12 months, they have helped my son blossom into the most caring, sweet, outgoing little boy! They greet us with a smile and positive attitude, and my sons educators have been such lovely role models. They have cared for my son by providing love, comfort, fun and happiness, and always let me know how his day was, his interests and dislikes that day and the fun activities they did! The staff are committed to providing a fun, safe, clean environment; I am forever thankful for Sanctuary Early Learning and highly recommend them!

I had my child enrolled here every time I would go pick her up (she only lasted there a few weeks as I just couldn't do it to her and I started to notice a dramatic change in her personality (sparkle dulled)... anyway I would witness teachers ripping kids by the arm, invalidating children explaining to me and my mother who is a psychologist- don't worry about this child it is an attention seeker and always does this, when the child was very distressed and needed adult communication and emotion regulation skills not shame or pity. Would NOT recommend this place at all if you care about your child's mental development and wellbeing. Oh also walked in the last time I picked up her to my daughter being screamed at, THAT was the last straw as at home we do not condone verbal abuse or violence.

Beautiful centre and lovely staff. Definitely a place I would recommended to someone looking for the best possible care.

My little guy moved here after being at a smaller centre and it’s been the best move for him. Every day is full of some type of creative and messy fun, he is free to explore and with that option alone I have seen his curiosity develop. His independence is being fostered from play right through to meal times, and there are no high chairs - thank goodness!(At the previous centre he was restricted to a high chair for all activities and meal times so this has been a huge deal for us.)I can’t thank the educators enough for the love and fun they provide each day - cannot recommend this place enough!
