Have always loved my HM bed linen but was unsure whether the bath towel would be absorbent enough. Then a friend bought me the hand towel for my birthday..... So impressed that I have just bought another and a couple of face washers too!

The worst customer service.Firstly, my lamp was sent without a wire frame - they tried to blame me.Secondly my lamp tore at the seams, it was the biggest headache trying to contact them to arrange a return, they refused to let me return it or even let me exchange it. I was told I would get an update, now they have just shipped the lampshade back to me without telling me.I will be contacting fair trading to escalate this issue.

I received my Hale Mercentile order a few days ago and I couldn’t be happier.Yes they are a little more expensive but definitely worth the extra bucks.Beautiful fabric beautiful colours. Makes the mainstream linen look like an old rag.

Agree beautiful colours and very soft but that softness comes at a cost - don’t expect your doona cover to last beyond 4 - 5 years (even when always used with top and bottom sheet). Sad to think of all the Hale Mercantile that can’t even be upcycled and must be in land fill!

Love my Hale Mercantile. I recently called to get support on what colours to add to my current linen and the lady was fantastic and I’m super happy with what we decided on. The shipping was very fast also. This is superb linen, I have tried other brands but this is far superior.

I purchased a Flocca headboard and duvet set and had them shipped to the US, it could not have been easier and I could not be happier. The headboard cover is removable so it can be washed and a different color can be switched out. Super product!!!
