Worst service ever if you could call it service turned up wouldn't listen to what was going on said he knew already, replaced part for $200 left after no time at all and surprise no difference in function. And soo rude when I called then he hung up on me

Charged an Absolute Fortune for Absolutely Nothing! They quote $90 an hr, charge a $100 an hr instead. They were here all of 10 mins, maybe 15 mins to pull a draw out of dishwasher and tell me what's wrong. That was it. No work done. So mathematically they have it so wrong. If it takes only maybe 15 mins and they charge $100 an hr, did I pay for air for the rest of the 45 mins?! Then they tried justifying this when I told them I was not happy. And tried putting me down because I questioned it!! I won't and don't tolerate smart rude ppl! Bad business etiquette!!!!! I've had awesome tradies in the past but this company is certainly not one of them! Will never recommend this company to anyone!

Can not speak more highly of their service My wife took the washing machine over to them on the trailer they arranged for a time to be there. She arrived on time and they were there waiting. They fixed the machine on the spot and in no time at all They originally quoted approx $150-180 on the phone. They supplied the part needed and we were charged $150. I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to others.Thanks Shane Harris
