If you are thinking of getting a new kitchen or kitchen renovation done, we can highly recommend Louie and the team at MS&MR Kitchens Chadstone. With Louie's help and design skills, we got the kitchen and butlers pantry we have always dreamed about. The workmanship and finished product are excellent, and any issues not to our liking along the way were rectified immediately, and without additional cost. With regards cost, we got quotes from a number of Kitchen installers, and we chose MS&MR because they were very reasonably priced, they are locally made, and they offered a realistic installation time-frame. They were always accessible if I had any questions or issues, and always went out of their way to satisfy our needs and requirements.Old fashioned customer service -with excellent quality and workmanship .... HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I got quote from several reputable cabinet makers and Ms&Mr Kitchens really stood out because of their design, professionalism and price. Louie from the Chadstone store gave lots of practical suggestions and was able to provide quote and variations very quickly. Process was explained to me clearly and they followed the timeline exactly as estimated. Everything was delivered with care and their installer was top notch. I’m no expert but comparing with my other cabinets you can easily spot the difference in build quality and install.Overall very happy with their work and would highly recommend them.

We are satisfied with the creation of our new space that is functional and well thought out.The amount of detail needed to navigate a 1954 built home renovation is huge.We chose to redesign our galley kitchen, creating space for new cabinets, 3 sinks and opening up new space in a wall to fit a large stone bench top.We had walls that are not straight, floors that are not exactly level and a very old roof, to mention just some of the random dimensions.Louie juggled our many ideas (often conflicting) to refinement before landing on our final design with excellent product knowledge, experience and flexibility.Louie supported us through the design process and showed up at every stage of the renovation, keeping a close eye on details in order to create the high standard finished product, from the oil drawer, 4 bins and even down to kitchen drawer inserts.We had one major mis-communication that was dealt with professionally, though the design feature is minor (doesn't not change the overall functionality of the kitchen), we shared our disappointment and have worked through the semantics as a team.Finishes are all excellent quality and the KIND KITCHEN team, along with the trades we pooled together, worked to the brief along the way.

Since we approached Kind Kitchens, Louie and his team were attentive to details and delivered on time while others wasn’t able to complete the job on time for us to move in. We were provided with several different designs based on our space to choose from and from production, delivery and installation for the cabinetry was fast and on time. Most of all Louie was easily contactable and attended to all phone and messages for any questions we had! Thank you Kind Kitchens team!

I received quotes from several kitchen designers and settled on Louie as he was reasonably priced, had great ideas and MS & Mr Kitchens produce their cabinetry locally.Louie was not pushy, worked to our timelines and offered great advice through the consultation phase and was always happy to take my calls outside of business hours. We made several changes to our design which he was quick to incorporate and was transparent with his costs.The manufacturing of our kitchen took only 3 weeks and arrived on time, the installer managed to install the kitchen in 3 days which was a day quicker than what was originally planned.There was an issue with the stone bench tops which was caused by the stone company having the wrong delivery day (their error not Louie's) but Louie managed to fix this on a Sunday night and managed to get the stone installers to come the next day which was the original installation date.We are so happy with the end product, our kitchen has transformed from 70's to a very modern kitchen and the quality of the cabinetry is amazing, I cannot recommend Mrs & Mr Kitchens more highly!

From the moment I met Louie I knew I found the right company to design my kitchen and bathroom cabinets.Louie offered great advice and solutions as my kitchen in Albert Park needed to be well equipped in the space available.Louie and his team worked well with other trades people such as plumbers and electricians.I also recently renovated my apartment and unfortunately it was twice the price using another company.You will not be disappointed with MS&MR Kitchen.Louie is patient, professional and will always return your call! Louie and the team were great. Great understanding of what we needed and also great advice and problem solving in design and manufacture to suit our budget. We are very happy with the product and service. Scope of work included Walk in robe, bathrooms , bedroom/robe joinery, tv cabinets, walk in pantry , kitchen and laundry. The products were delivered on time and as agreed. Installation workmanship by Bruce was very professional. Perfectly straight including gap spacings. Importantly, my aftercare experience ( post completion) is first class. I recommend them again.
