AHT Vets Thornlands

Lovely, professional, honest and helpful vets and support staff. They were able to squeeze us in for an appointment within 90 minutes when we were concerned about our puppy’s leg and didn’t charge the full fee when it turned out that she was ok. They are willing to work with owners to support their preferred approach to their pet’s diet (a balanced raw diet as per the breeder’s request in our case) and do not push a particular brand of products. We’ve been very impressed with the care that they’ve provided our puppy to date.

They said they would hold onto a handed in lost eclectus parrot that I believe to be mine, to identify, yesterday afternoon over the phone. Turned up today (the next day as discussed with them) to be told they handed it over to the RSPCA.No notice given and no care factor.Shame on you

Wonderful staff who really care about the animals and their owners.The 'gap only' payment was a game changer for me: one of my dogs had a cracked tooth, so this meant I could get her in for surgery quicker.Was given regular updates throughout the day when my dog had surgery, which made the day a lot less stressful.Would not go anywhere else with my dogs after the fantastic treatment received here.

I was visiting family when my dog appeared to develop conjunctivitis. I called AHT Vets and they made an appointment for the same day. Turned out to be an ulcer. The veterinarian was thorough and compassionate. Reception was equally friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Very good service. Very attentive to our pet and understanding of me having to come in with young children. Our dog hadn’t eaten for 3 days and came back feeling better straight away.

I love AHT vets . My little girl has had a tough year and she has been so well looked after by the vets and the staff. I would not take her anywhere else.

We took our late boy smokey, to Dr Hannah, unfortunately he was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and when the time came, Dr Hannah was incredibly beautiful, gentle and thorough. We also take our girl sassy, and sassy loves Dr Hannah. Definitely recommend this vet clinic. The level of care and respect is outstanding. Thankyou for looking after our furbabies ❤️

It’s great to find a Holistic vet that supports fresh feeding and understands canine nutrition. Brooke is a great vet and was awesome with our two dachshunds. Compassionate, caring and helpful.
