The HIIT Factory

Highly recommended this place! I've always hated going to the gym, but these classes are so varied that you don't get bored but you work super hard - I now look forward to gym days. I love trying all of the different classes, but also enjoy going back to the same classes because they do such a great job of changing them, that you don't feel like it's the same class. And the after burn! The part that I love the best and that actually got me through the door in the first place is that they have a kids play area in the corner where you can leave your kids to play while you work out. They even have someone watching the kids for the mid morning classes so that you can concentrate on your workout without having to worry about the kids.

Real good classes for good price, trainers are real friendly and the atmosphere us friendly to. Everyone helps you out if you don't know what to do
