We’ve had a new MUX on order since February 2022. Original delivery date was October 2022, pushed back to November and then December. Not one call from the dealership to advise us of the delays. Each time we would call there would be excuses and lies of the next delivery date. Called today on the delivery date to be told it’s been held up in quarantine, they’ve known for a while but no one communicated it with us. Absolutely dreadful communication and customer service to customers spending $60k+

Driving past over a week I saw a used vehicle, style and price I was looking for. Spoke to Ashley and took several really good quality cars for a drive before purchasing a new Toyota Yaris Cross. As it was in stock, registered and delivered the next day. Excellent friendliness and good service. Very happy customer.
