Paw Behaviour Dog Training

We had a great experience in Paw Behavioir. We got a very intusiastic puppy who never stopped playing and destroying things around him. But at the training courses his behavior improved and he learned a lot of useful tricks. Trainer helped us to understand our pup and we are very grateful for this.

Thankyou to Jenni for her support and patience with our little Franny. Our pup has come such a long way and is continuing to grow into a confident and playful little lady. Thanks Paw Behaviour Dog Training for giving us such a responsive, practical and positive head start.

My staffy puppy and I loved the classes. We learned everything we needed to know and also created a wonderful bond in the process. Jennifer sends emails for the following week with videos and great tips that are accessible after the program has finished. The smaller class sizes are great as it gives lots of space between the other participants. Very knowledgeable trainer. Absolutely 5 stars!

We started the 8 week super puppy course with a very apprehensive pup and didn’t have any idea what the weeks ahead would be like. We cannot recommend Jen and this course enough, our puppy has learnt so many amazing skills and she is so well socialised and confident now! 12 years ago we took our black lab as a pup then just recently we took our Golden Retriever. Both our boys are perfectly adjusted to home and social life acceptable behaviours. No jumping, barking, possessiveness and great to walk. We can confidently take them anywhere knowing they will listen to us. We also have 4 young boys so i thought it would be quiet a handful for everyone to adjust but honestly with what we learnt and putting in the time initially the dividends have paid off. Jen was absolutely amazing teaching us how to train and handle our puppies respectfully with kindness and love. Thank you Jen so so much

Amazing dog trainer. Best puppy classes I’ve ever been to. To this day I am so grateful for the experience it gave me and my gorgeous Labrador. Definitely have her the BEST start to life and had her prepared for everything the world could throw at her (including the world changing with covid). If I ever get another dog in future I’ll be going back to do the same classes even though I live down Geelong way now. Well worth the price of fuel for such an amazing program and knowledgeable trainer who truly cares about the dogs and owners.

12/10 Jen is an excellent trainer who uses the most up to date science based methods to foster positive relationships between people and pups. I found her it a delight to learn from her.As a mostly blind client, Jen went out of her way to schedule an in-home session with me and Supernova in a part of town she wouldn't ordinarily service. She was polite, straight-talking, and explained things very well. She also went above and beyond to suggest a bunch of ideas we wouldn't have thought of to help give our little guy a great life.She listened to the difficulties we were facing, asked appropriate questions to ensure she understood, provided training notes on what we talked about, recommended products, services, resources, and other force free trainers we could top into if needed and freely shared her knowledge and experience.Thanks Jen!

This dog training school is unrivalled in quality. Over the past 16 years we have put 4 puppies through the super puppy course and will continue to do so with any future puppies. Jen has a wealth of experience, is constantly staying up to date with the latest and greatest fear free, positive training methods. Along with the physical classes you get comprehensive notes, access to heaps of great online resources and ongoing support. With some dogs we have continued on to do basics, tricks and advanced classes also and have absolutely love the way they are run. Through the knowledge and skills our family achieved through these courses we have well balanced, well mannered families dogs that we can do just about anything with. I wish there were more than 5 starts to offer. I can not recommend this place enough!

Jen has so much knowledge about dog behaviour and training, and so much love for dogs. She teaches us humans to see the world from a dog’s perspective and to communicate with them using compassion, kindness and fun - modern, humane methods, based on science.I highly recommend her classes - her and her team will teach you so much!
