From the ring design, to the time spent helping me and the final pick up date, there’s nothing more I could have asked for. Such honest people, with honest pricing and high customer service. Will definitely be coming here for my wedding bands. I highly recommend coming here.

Quite simply: Wow!I asked for a replica of a 27-year old $12 engagement ring (made from silver and fake gem) with a real diamond. Everything was explained, no one talked down to me even if it was pushing my budget, and the price was good compared to buying a pre-made ring.Most importantly, the results were outstanding - see attached. The ring has not been taken off since! Thank you, Midas. It's perfect.

I've been to Midas a few times now ranging from fixing a bracelet clasp to designing a custom ring. Midas have always welcomed me with a friendly face.In particularly, I had a pretty bad experience with another jeweler in the Westfield centre with breaking a bracelet my nan gave me for a special occasion. I was really nervous about going to another jeweller to fix it but the team at Midas were so lovely and took wonderful care of my bracelet, fixing it up as good as new!Likewise, with my custom ring that I got designed to match two other rings I already had in the 'set', the team at Midas worked with me to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and I am so happy with the finished ring! They didn't blind twice when I asked for some changes to be made.Highly recommend the Midas team!

The assistants at Midas miranda were kind respectful and extremely helpful in guiding and educating me in the subtleties of diamond shopping resulting in one of the nicest peices of jewelry I've ever seen.Their after service care is exceptional and the time and attention I received was above expectations when comparing to other similar jewelry establishments, offering an initial resize cleaning and inspections to ensure my satisfaction.Thanks to their attentiveness and help I managed to secure a beautiful engagement ring.. to which she said YES!Thanks for making my engagement ring shopping experience a less intimidating and much more enjoyable experience!

My fiance and I worked with Midas when purchasing our wedding bands, and they were terrific. They were courteous and helpful and communicated with use all through the process, and our rings were perfect.I didn't hesitate to contact Midas when I lost my wedding band. Even though I was living abroad, they were able to assist me in replacing my wedding band. The staff were helpful, supportive, and did everything they could to make sure that my band got replaced.I am so appreciative to them for their assistance and recommend Midas.

Emanuel and his team are so lovely and helpful and always a pleasure to see at the shop! My husband and I got both our engagement and wedding rings made by Midas Jewellery - the rings are such amazing quality for a very good price and really catered to what we wanted. We were also amazed as to how quick our rings were ready to be picked up at the shop.I also find it really nice and cute that whenever we step into the shop, Emanuel would always place his hand out so that I could hand my rings for a quick cleaning!
