the tarts are very good if you can get a slice. coffee is good but so expensive. $5 or something for the smallest iced latte ive ever hadalways a bad feeling when i walk into this place. feels negative and unfriendly

A great place to stop for a coffee or a meal. With both indoor and outdoor seating you can also browse some nice craft items. A great range of local cheeses and other treats.You can also pick up fresh baked breads, and takeaway meals.

We stopped in for a breakfast on a cold morning and found the atmosphere warm and welcoming.The staff were very friendly and helpful and the generous portioned , well cooked meals were served without delay.The coffee was great and the bill was very reasonable.A thumbs up to management and staff.Highly recommended.

We stopped over at Wooden last Sat for a short walk. Sat down for a coffee and a cake. Great coffee and very nice atmosphere inside. Only felt a bit down was about the lemon teacake we had. We ordered a cut lemon teacake. When the cake arrived, the size of the cake served looked like has been trimmed off. Not sure what had happened to the cake. Otherwise we like this place.

Nice little spot for lunch with a few quick items on the menu ready to serve.I got the vegetarian salad which comprised spiced roasted vegetables and chickpeas. Optional add-ins include poached chicken and smoked salmon all of which are gluten free. I had been a bit concerned when my friend recommended the cafe as it's the only gluten free item at lunch time however it was very satisfying.Restrooms are clean however the room itself needs a deep clean (not the toilet itself but the walls / windows etc).
