Really poor customer service, dealt with multiple individuals and all misdirected me as to what the company policy was in regards to providing repairs on machines. one blamed the company that uses them as contractors for their machines and the other advised jobs are booked in and never did. Eventually after a week off calling and talking to multiple people and having filled out forms with address from initial discussions you would think this would have been nipped early. I received confirmation job is locked in. Changed my working schedules to make myself available only to find myself follow-up again as i was waiting and no one had turned up. Upon calling I was advised the technician was sick and there was no one else that could do the job. This was pushed out another 3 days due to weekend and I once again rescheduled everything to meet their requirements. Waited for my booked in appointment and no show again, then followed up to be told that the company that uses them as contractors should have advised me that they will no longer be proceeding as my business was listed as home address. Needless to say my frustration, however this was only topped off when I called the company that uses this company as contractors they advised they had not received anything?I will certainly not recommend this company as through out the interaction there was no empathy (not sympathy) shown for what we as small business owners go through to try and meet requirements only to be let down at the cost and expenses to us. Am looking further into this as this company is the only contractor of the company I deal with, and I feel this gives too much power to a contractor as we as customers do not have any other alternative (did ask both this company and company I deal with for options) hence the level of service and care factorVERY DISSAPOINTING
