I would like to express my thanks to Dale and the team at Dalco's who did a amazing job of repairing and painting my Commodore after a accident. The paint matches perfectly, i am truly stunned at how good it looks.

Excellent service and communication at Dalcos after I had been stuffed around at another smash repairer. Repairs are good as new. Great people to deal with from the girl on the front desk to the Manager. Highly recommended.

From the Receptionist to the mechanics and the Owner/Manager of this business, the customer service and outcome of their work is QUALITY. This is the kind of business where some of the staff have been employees for over 30 years. Proof that management treats their employees well. This transmits to the way they value and treat their customers too. On the professional side, Dalcos provided me with superb workmanship and a prompt repair to my job. They kept me informed of my car's progress consistently throughout the repair stages. Finding this repair centre was a lucky discovery for me ... it now means I can trust all my future vehicle repairs to Dalcos.

Not recommended to go here. Took my 2011 commodore for a rear end collision damage. The Quality of workmanship is poor and at the same time customer service is worse. I know it's hard to match the paint job to actual car color but this was too bad and well noticeable even from long distance. However, these guys didn't even fix the paint chip on spoiler and on side rear side panel due to the accident (Just buffed them to make them less visible). When asked about poor paint job the response was that all my original car paint was different shaded on all other panels too. An childish comment made by Dale Wesley by himself. Imagine a business run by this guy making a comment like this. After few emails he still didn't even asked me to bring in the car so he can have a look and resolve the problem unless I said I would bring in the car and he can have a look by himself. With a busy schedule I just felt it's point less arguing with people like this and just gave up at that instance. Best to avoid this place.

From the lady at the reception to the expert painters, nothing but smiles all around. Just got two fog light covers painted for the Rex and got the most competitive pricing among all other well reputed panel and paint shops. Dale is an absolute gentleman to deal with and the experience has been an absolute pleasure. Will definitely be back to spend more $ with these guys soon.
