Last month I was lucky enough to have my wedding in Melbourne.On the day of the wedding, I had my hair styled as did all the girls in the bridal party – including my mum.Bridget and Teigan were absolutely fantastic!We all looked amazing and they made us all feel so relaxed and pampered on that special day.Thank you so much.

As a long standing client I was glad to revisit Biba Moonee Ponds after our recent lockdown.Their service and standards are still and always have been second to none.I am thrilled with my rejuvenated hair colour. Rouven is a master!Marcello and all the staff are excellent. Wonderful to see them all back and I highly recommend as great hair stylists are hard to find.

Stunning and comfortable interior design. Marcello was very professional, giving me the best cut I've had in probably ever, and offered practical styling advice unsolicited (and not condescendingly) without the drag of making small talk. I went from long to short and he worked with my hair type and face shape without fuss. I will be a returning customer!

The salon is really beautiful and the service by Tyler was amazing. My hair feels so pretty and soft again I love the cut so much. Thank you <3Update: Antoinette is amazing, her cuts are beautiful and she's really kind.

I normally see Gareth because I love his cut, however, I've also tried other stylists when Gareth's been unavailable and they've also been great. It's great to have such a professional salon so close to home. Keep up the good work!

Just wanted to give Tyler a quick shout out! She’s the first hairdresser that’s made me feel so comfortable trying new things with my hair! She offers her opinion and helps you make the best decision possible! I my whole life have had hair down to at least no shorter then the middle of my back but It was very dead and I wanted to get the chop to start a fresh with healthy hair! Tyler was the first and only person I’ve ever trusted with my hair and I have not once regretted seeing her!! She treats you like a friend and is more then happy to have a chat about anything and everything! Definitely makes you feel at home! I’m so excited for Friday as we have decided to do a All round new look and I’m so extremely excited to see how it comes out!! Thanks for being the best Tyler, biba is lucky to have you! Definitely recommend her!!!

I had my hair coloured for the first time in a long time and Messina (colourist) made the process very comfortable and fun making sure I was 100% happy, so thank you for your patience and authenticity.Other than her expertise I was passed around to 3 other ladies for hours, and felt like I was an inconvenience. The lady who cut my hair was very cold in which i had to ask her to keep cutting more as she said nothing. The final straw was not even having my hair styled, it was left dead straight when I'd asked for loose waves...it seemed like it was too much effort for the young apprentice. I literally had to rush home and style it before a dinner, what a joke. Not only that, but nobody even showed me what my hair looked from the back. Never have I EVER left a salon feeling so frustrated. If I'm honest I didn't say anything because I was so deflated and very annoyed and just wanted to get out of there.When you're paying over $500 for cut and colour I'd expect a hell of a lot more! Please take this as constructive criticism and take more care in who you hire so it reflects your pricing and expertise.

I've been going to BIBA for haircuts for 28 years so obviously I think it's a great hairdressing salon. No hands but Marcelo's have touched my hair in all those years! All the staff are lovely and it's one of my favourite places.
