They advertise a price match guarantee, but reserve the right to not match a price they deem “too low”. This includes Australian retailers that they’re competing with directly. Don’t bank on getting a match here.

Pretty pathetic service. After minutes of waiting , they assigned a new bee to me with minimal knowledge.He suggested something very expensive citing that Yakima brand not available for months in Sydney and go for Thule.While waiting for roof rack getting fixed for other customers, I saw Yakima brand being sold to other customers.When I checked, the newbee offered to check further and mentioned he may check again.Finally with help of other representative, he found Yamica which could be delivered in3-4 days.He said he will require full money as advance to put the order which was different to what was offered for other customers .I asked him to check with other Sales rep but he forced me to put full amount to book the YakimaFeeling disappointed transacting with them.

Easily click and collect, had ordered deliver, but it looked like it was coming from WA, so called head office and I was able to collect from the Castle Hill store. New roof racks are mint.

This is an amazing place to buy not only any sort of roof rack bike rack roof top camper or any accessory that you could ever imagine needing. The staff here will take their time with you making suggestions and work in the very best solution to suit your needs. If you are ever out their way drop in for a chat. It is very rare for me to give 5 stars but if I could here it would be 20 stars.
