Prestige Fit is a great supportive environment to get into fitness and a create a healthy lifestyle. The team consists of coaches, body movement specialists, nutrition experts and a yogi!Whatever your level of fitness is, the team at prestige are encouraging and supportive of your goals. I’ve never felt anxious, intimidated or out of place like I have at big chain gyms.Isaac and his team, work incredibly hard to create and maintain a positive, safe and fun environment for all their members... and the members are very much a community.High quality equipment, lots of variety too and there is always new and challenging equipment arriving, which keeps it fun.Having now been a member of a private gym for over a year, I’d never consider any chain/franchise gym memberships. I love training here alongside my prestige fit family!Drop by for a chat with the team... you’ll love the vibe!

The time spent at this gym is the best part of my week! The members are friendly and supportive. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable. The whole experience is different and so much better than any other gym. You should definitely try Prestige-Fit. It will change your life!

Prestige is much better than any big name gym!!! I always felt welcomed from day 1 at Prestige Fit. Isaac made me feel like part of the family and welcomed me with open arms as a friend and not just a client.James always ensured that I was pushing (and never taking the easy route) for the results I wanted and listened to what I wanted to achieve then tailored my program. Both Isaac and James ensured that my technique was correct, which is something I’ve never had at any other gym, to help me smash my goals and not my body. 10000000% recommend Prestige Fit!

However, I believe that my enormously positive review of Prestige Fit as a workplace, speaks volumes for why our clients also agree that it is one of the best gyms they have ever been to.I've worked in many different gyms and massage clinics, and no one has been more supportive and encouraging of my success as a health professional more than Prestige Fit.It is a safe and powerful environment for positive change, and I encourage anyone to come and try it out for themselves.

This place has a great vibe, such welcoming staff and a really cool community. It's much more than just an everyday gym and better yet, I've never had to wait for equipment!If you're looking for a gym I would highly recommend coming to check it out. You won't regret it!

I have been with Prestige since 2013 - and have managed to transform my health and fitness entirely (and my life as a result). The trainers are so supportive and are grounded in objective, science based information and research - they teach you healthy habits and tips to improve your day to day consistency, which equates to awesome all-round health and fitness improvements. I also love the fun, encouraging, and family friendly environment - the people make this place amazing and I am lucky enough to have met my closest friends and my partner here. I was also very supported throughout my first pregnancy last year - and am enjoying the recovery and rebuilding process with the encouragement of my gym family at 4.5 months post partum. 11/10 would recommend - it will change your life and everything you thought you knew about yourself and health and fitness.

This gym has been a game changer for me.The trainers have helped me transform both the way I move (in and out of the gym) and my attitude to fitness generally. They offer an amazing array of knowledge and experience, and tailor their advice to each individual based on personal circumstances and goals.I'm feeling stronger and more confident than ever after only five months of being a member.The other members are also super friendly and welcoming, and the sense of community is next level. I immediately felt at home when I joined.I can't recommend this place enough!
